If your friends are a marathon, you have a better chance to lose weight because that's what they're doing. And so I found once I asked a few people and I got that great response, like I'm much more willing to ask other people. Food is not the only social event. You can go for a walk. You can watch a movie together. There are so many things that you can do that are not involved food.
