Anxiety is our brain saying, there is danger. If it's a biological something, okay, then we would attempt to treat it biologically, right? The other thing that maybe is the source of anxiety is my thoughts about a particular situation. And I will say for the majority of my clients, that is the cause of the anxiety that we were able to address. But even if there are biological factors or circumstances that I might want to address, I want to be anxious about so I can try to make an impact,. Those become so available to me so possible to address.
