Most people, the injury happens when they're spending too much time on the ground between each footstep. So you wanna be bouncy, you wanna be elastic in your foot in your keelies level. Starting with some striders and actually going into more sprinting might be beneficial for someone like that. Running up a hill is a great way to work proper mechanics. You don't have to teach someone how to run. It's innate in every single human. We just know how to do it.
