I've heard before that pacing around can help diffuse some of the lactate and other metabolic byproducts of work and exertion. I'm just curious if you have any specific recommendations that people could play with or try. You don't want to spend a ton of time stretching, statically stretching a muscle. If you didn't stretch it for long enough and you didn't do your working on something fast again, go do another set. A vertical jump is an acceleration sort of thing where you're not out of fuel doing three repetitions of a vertical jump. No cladding like a gin. Totally. That's all non-science. This is practical application, right? Antict data.
