think it super at some point what we should be doing is kind of going through the intricacies of during sleep and during the day and during physical exercise. And so for the normal person who is kind of like myself, that doesn't know very much about technology, which i'm the first to admit, am, do you wear it during sleep? Does it give your feedback when you wake up in the morning? Do you wear it during to day, during physical exercise? What would you say for the average dommy like myself, what to do with it?
Speaker 1
It's a great question. So we at the onset of our company, we said one of the things that we really wanted to do was to make this so easy that our grandparents could use it. Amense. You know, my, my, my grand parents are very elderly at this time. And i think that if i showed them, at least, like the device in the ap and said, this is all you need to do, we know one or two things that they could use this. However, there's a lot of technicality and specificty in what we've built. One of the things that we wanted to answer, which we thought was a huge gap, huge question in the market, was, how can we create a wearable device and an apt integration that helps to solve this problem of both monitoring and then training better resiliency to stress? Because right now we have a lot of great trackers that are looking at sleep. We have a lot of great trackers that are looking at things like overall activity level. And these are great, they're informative, but for the most part, a lot of them just provide data. They provide information, and a lot of em don't really address the stress component or the breath work component. And that was huge for us as how can we marry those two things? And i have to be honest, like i made this, and the co founders of this company, we made this to scratch our own itch. I mean, ithink that's how a lot of great companies start, right? Werl like there is a gap in the market, but for anything, i want it from me, like, i want this thing. And so this device differentiatest self, and that it is stress focused and it is breath work focused. Number two is that most of the wearables only really are tracking accurate data and providing you information when you're wearing it at night. Throughout the day,

you a lot of great information. And so some of them, and i'm not goig to call it any companies, because by no means in here to bash any other wearable companies. I still wear a lot of other wearables, as i'm testing out, are wearable. And the thing that is, is that during the day, like i renly have a need to wear it, whereas ours is really meant for the day. Can you wear it during sleep? Yes. Like, it's actually going to give you the most accurate snapshot of heart rate variability and heart rate and kind of all the other things that we built into it during the night time. But it's really meant as a stress like coach and a stress radar like for you throughout your day. So when you'r tinously wearing it, it's monitoring your stress response at the moment. It finds you falling out of your range, where your adaptability and resiliency to stress is lowered, then boom, it kick starts a breathwork practice for you. It alerts you, it vibrates on you and says, all right, if you are ready right now, in the moment, that we can train a good resilient response to this. So it gives you that in the moment feedback, that real time level of training. But then also too, when you're ready to say, ok, now i've got my ten, five, ten, 15 minutes. Y maybe you're crazy and you're doing 30 minutes to an hour of training. Now we have this slew of practices and breathwork practices that people can engage in. And the great thing about it is, is that they can engage in these breathwork practices, but then also just cut a monitor and see what's happening to their physiology. Because when we know, if people see that change in their data, then it's going to reinforce behavior. Cause f then they're saying that it's not just, oh, subjectively, i feel good, which is great. I think that's actually the most important thing. I subjectively, i feel relaxed, i feel in a better mind said, i feel more focused or more energized, whatever you're doing or your aim is. But then they also can say, oh, man, look at what it did to my heart rat variability. Look at what it did to my rate. Look at my change over time. Seeing those trends and identifying those thingst it, it conditions our brain to say, i want more. It gives us that dope, mean release that says, it is time for me to jump back into training. So sorry to get into that long winded, i would say, soliloquy. However, i just wanted to for people to understand, like, this is an absolute, like game changer, in terms of its being a stress radar throughout your day, kind of monitoring and watching aspects of your stress response in a very granular way, providing you feedback. But then we always close the loop by saying, we're giving you an alert, an information, but now let's actually engage in a means of self regulation, which is indeed, breath work training, bile feed backianid.
