New paper looks atp telephemeral joint reaction force, which is one of the measures of stress on the telephonal joint during everyday activities and rehave activities. Findings could have a knock-on effect for how we deal with knee pain in clinic. Runners that tend to over tride will often have a low step rate, and will load in deepen eflection when they get to the mid start point of running. And they'll often accompany this with increases in aduction, particularly in female runners. So this may be a piece of the puzzle for why they are loading t in deeper reflection, combined,. perhaps with increased hip aduction.
