Sothat: What do you think are a couple of the key learnings that have meant something in your life, that have caused you to live or do something differently? Yeit's a great question. One thing i would say is that people who have progressed usually done a lot of trial and error and found a few things that really work for them. You don't have to spend all your life on a meditation cushion. Try techniques that take five seconds to do that see if they can propel you into a slightly different view. If you can do that, your life changes, because then you have a friend for life.
