The g t m plan is subdivided into three sections, pre launch, launch and post launch. The main things to decide during pre launch are the key launch goals, how you'll make sure the product is ready for that launch, when and how you'll launch it. Identifying your key gulls up front will let you make other launch decisions, such as when to aim to launch your product. After the launch objective, most launch teams identify when they want to launch the product. Sometimes this is a specific date, but usually it's a date range. It's import to pick this launch window as early as possible, because it can affect your product's development.
