Mindfulness Is Not the Central Point
Mindfulness was not the central point for me. I came in as an attention researcher who had just a very practical interest in how you make the system str er. And then mindfulness ended op being one of the only things that actually helped, which i think we should definitely talk about as mindfulness help. It's like we understand what mindfulness is, and we understand thatt but implementing it into our lives can be hard.
