The Myth of Great Leaders

I've coached more than 6,000 entrepreneurs over the last 40 years. Only rarely have I seen a situation where the dominant skill was that they were a great manager. The greatest companies in our world are created by people who never went to business school. They developed immense amount of skill about how you take something that's just an idea and then pull together all the capabilities and resources of other people.
