Building Accountability in a Leadership Team

When we start thinking about the the organizational structures of the company. It's like the standing weekly check in meetings that have been going on for three years, and nobody remembers why we still have them. I think i've heard this agiler scrum call it the retro of, retros of, hey, let's take a big step back and talk about the processes themselves. How are they servying us? That's actually supposed to be baked into many of those models. But i like that idea of avens installed that as part of the process.
