What Is Intervention Work?
A lot of the time accountability is wrapped up in like language of intervention, but in a very vague way that doesn't really result in intervention. So basically intervention can be divided into two kinds. There's like soft and hard interventions, right? A soft intervention is for situations that it's not a situation that warrants you trying to force this person. And they have the right to not take that feedback, right? Like they make be like, thanks for telling me that. I don't agree with you. I'm going to continue doing what I'm doing."
