I find that, you know, at this point, about seven hours is adequate for me. Most people will find their sleep is much higher quality. And when I wake up, I feel I've got plenty of energy. You feel energized to kind of sleep did its job, but it's actually a shorter period of time. The other thing is if we look at why are we sleeping? We're dealing with all these reactive oxygen species that have kind of developed through the day.
