The Power of Relationships in Feedback Dialogues
Calvin: I think what i'm struck by in everything that you've been mentioning is just the power of relationships in this dialogue. So when a learner to have a few bad conversation with his superior, you meana tricky, tricky situation. And we all know that supervisors who don't ou feedback well don't last while. They they unfortunately, do last a long time, and they are known as poor supervisors. Calvin: The more we as supervisors can show humility and openness to feedback, the better we all are.
