Pilates is basically like 100% core work. It's not because I think ultimately it's a big test to your core, which a lot of people may have strong abs but that doesn't mean you have a strong core. Your core is your powerhouse. That's basically the center of your body that holds you upright and helps, you know, hold you up against gravity. You can do it every single day, multiple repetitions. And there's so many different benefits and not just the way it makes you look. The results are very consistent.
