Over pronation and ankle mobility kind of go hand in hand, you know, bad like a sloppy foot. Most of the time we have sloppiness in our body without a previous dislocation or joint problem. Over pronation is a great way to pick up five extra degrees of dorsiflexion. If you're an over pronator and do everything else right and don't force your body to over pronate because that's a platform.
