Hip Drop as a Runner?
Hip flexers play any role in a runner who has severe hip drop? So that is goingo come more it can. A lot of the time, two hipdrop can come from just poor motor control of those muscles as well. It might not directly be from hipplex or weakness or tightness, but more so one side of the body is stronger than another side of theBody. We all have it. That's totally normal. You do something over and over and over again for long enough to find out where your asymetries are.
