Is There a Better Way to Deal With Anxiety?
I think this has become a bit of a life style for me, and i think for most of us who lean more anxious or have some social anxiety. It's almost like it takes so much repeated experience of trying to let go of the safety rails or take the training wheels off, to start to feel more ok. Almost like the image in my mind is like a boulder. And each time we practise being genuine or not people pleasing, we're like slowly chipping away at that boulder and learning, ok, i can handle it. I handled it that time and, oh, let me do it again. And, oh, i handled it thatTime too.
