Bith is training around 25 hours a week during that block, but there is a lot more speed involved in that. The aim for me is to make my race pace as comfortable as possible. I might do 20 minutes of ion man perceived effort, 20 minutes at my 70 point three race pace, and then 20 minutes under that. If i can comfortably sit in my 70 point 3 race pace as the middle interval, that's where i'm you now most comfortable. Bith: 'I like to do the bill runs. They're probably my favorite session'
