The Power of Discipline

A lot of people just do 75 hard. They're like, well, fuck yeah, I got that's where the magic happens. But you don't know that when you've never done it. It's just like believing your own shit. The problem is, is that we're in this society, right, where somebody does something and they get a dominant win. And so how many of you guys out there listening right now have legitimately been with 100% discipline for 10 and a half straight weeks? That's a fucking win, bro.
