There is fascinating work on an optimal time of day to train and how it interacts with your genotype. If you are genetically an evening typin an owl, no matter what, you can be better off training at the end of the day. Asking an owl to train in the morning is just a horrible idea. Can you find out what your individual optim sleep timers? For instance, there are times when i wake up after six hours sleep, and i feel brilliant.
