The Importance of Sleeping Overnight
Trevor: Sometimes I'll wake up in the morning and without eating anything, go for a ride or a run and feel great. But halfway through my measly 45 minute ride home, I'll bonk. Why is this happening? Trevor: Am I in a pseudo state of ketosis after being fast at all night and therefore I'm burning more efficient fuels on my morning rides. Whereas in my afternoon commutes, I'm glycogen depleted and suffering from a traditional bonk.
