Exploration vs Exploration

Most of us in the exploration are our careers. We rely on skills to do we do, but then what is the set of capabilities that will work best for you? I think most of us would benefit a great deal from way more exploration than we're used to investing. There is an enormous amount of opportunity in trying different things and making yourself unique.
