If you keep losing weight and getting leaner, yes, you're going to have more cravings. The first question I would ask myself is my deficit too high? Gamma eating, I see some people come to us, they're saying, hey, I'm eating 12,000 calories. But the interesting part is, most people are not at that point. They still have a lot of fat to lose, but already getting hungry.
