The Importance of Light Loading

If there's tightness, like that's why everybody loves to talk about glute function. If the foot and ankle are not moving well, the glutes will not fire well. We use a lot of balance boards. And then we're going to get under load with the muscles that might have become inhibited because of tightness. That just clicks on up the chain to make sure that your body is stable and strong.
