I saw someone draw a front lever on something and I was like, holy shit, this is so hot. So that kind of gave me the drive and the motivation to actually try to do this kind of movement. When you're not there, it's like you're not really performing the movement to the floor's potential or quality that actually deserves. You can be more susceptible to injury because you're probably not engaging the right muscle. They limit the potential of what they can actually achieve. It just makes sense at that time.
