The Importance of Sense in Ground-Based Exercises

A lot of PRI practitioners like that guy for example was given one of my clients he was only my client after this happened but why he told him he always has to wear the shoes so he senses his arch is because he never teaches him how to actually move his foot. If you moved your foot you would pronate your foot and the super nature foot 10,000 steps a day but if you can't teach someone how to do that you will always have them in a shoe where you always have to think about sensing this area. This applies for most everything I think not for everyone of course not for everyone but for some people who really struggle to sense their foot in some of these ground-
