How to Reset Your Chronotype
The more we move during the day, the deeper we sleep at night. The way it works is there's two pathways that that trigger sleep. You can depend on your chronotype - whether you like to sleep in or wake up early. And if you exercise at the same time every day, that helps to reset your brains clock. It would be better for me to work out in the morning or in the early afternoon,. which is what i do, early afternoon.
