Rebuilding Social Capital in a Hybrid Environment

The social capital research is that across all demographic types, people say they have less connection than they did before the pandemic. Those that had the biggest decreases were the fewest responses tended to be women and people in diverse groups. Have you seen clients taking any interesting approaches to try to facilitate rebuilding social capital? I think we almost have to reinvigorate the idea of just calling someone.
