It's interesting, three to five years ago, strategic didn't really sweat the p e firms, because strategics could just pay more. And now the strategics, now, the p es can pay as much, if not more, than the strategics and is still relatively cheap. They have all these vehicles to allow them to be just as differentiated on price. And they are always going to move quickly on speed. From a certainty to clothe standpoint, they have a greater willingness to take on risk when it comes to agreeing to seller agreements. That's what gets me really excited.
