Why Leat Coat Is Bad and What's Better?

Every job is different. Nothing off the shelf is probably going to work super well for you. My rule for myself is, when i start writing a position from the moment that person starts, that's like half my time gone. It's almost like you'll need a glimpse of the future. They're future, right? Thats what you're tring to do. But then there's also this aspect that if you're stimulating real work as closely as possible, there's a lot of up front investment and effort into every hire. Like, you've had people who wanted to quit their job and hate their job because you hired the wrong person at one point and time in your career.
