The Effects of Eccentric Training on Muscle Growth
Eccentric training doesn't appear to be more Muscle building than concentric training, but it does do a lot more muscle damage. Metabolic stress that compensates for the lack of tension because the weights are a lot lower We don't have any muscle damage. In the absence of muscle damage You can get a lot of growth and other studies find this as well. It's also Outside of cell cultures, just producing a lot of muscle stress like lactic acid in a muscle is crap for muscle growth.
