She showed a woman who'd been depressed for 40 years how she could crush her negative thoughts by telling herself things that made her feel good about herself. "I'm i'm so tired bein yet, I've been in hell for forty to two years," the woman said at one point. 'Is it lutly your anxiety to be honest with yu is a form of self love? It's a beautiful thing,' psychologist asks.
