How to Assess Your Swim Training Zones and Thresholds Separately

Swimming is a different sport than running and cycling, but also the way that we are training in swimming might make our physiology behave differently. So of course, this means that you need to assess your swim training zones and your thresholds separately. I think that for most athletes, doing something like a 200 or 400 meter time trial won't quite elicit maximum heart rate. But on the other hand, that's not a bad thing. That tells you exactly what you did in that set. And it gives you information about your physiology.
