How to Pay Attention to Your Breath and Still Have It Be Natural

To be truly mindful and that's of the breath or of anything means we have to let go of controlling. It means allowing life to be just as it is. We tend to control if we can't understand something, we try to control it. So how to develop a receptive, allowing presence is the whole deal here. And one of the things I found really helpful with the breath is to not start with the breath necessarily, but instead to start with sound because we listen to sound.
