The Importance of a Performance Profile

In a small business, even an individual contributor can make an enormous impact in the outcomes of that of that business. That's like what attracted you and I to Parker Gail and a twitch attracts a lot of folks to our portfolio companies. High performers want a yardstick by which to be measured. They want to own things; they want to master things.
