Visceral Fat Is Not That Dangerous

If you are above a certain body fat percentage to really focus on removing that. The combination of eating in a slight calorie deficit and promoting as much muscle gain as possible is generally going to be the best outcome. And so it's important to touch on visceral fat, which there's like a lot of studies that show that that's very unhealthy. So my man, it's interesting as well, because I was listening to something or reading something about how when you do go into a calorie deficit, you oftentimes actually lose visceral fat first.
