It's really easy to find yourself thinking that you're running itt o 200 calory deficit, or a hundred and 50 calory deficit. I did that once i got this, and it was, i was on the wrong path, ah, and itas wasn't healthy for me. If you want to lose weight, maybe you, you start with an estimate. Say, ok, i'm burning three thousand dollars a day, so i'm going to start eating 20 hundred a day. And then you wait, give it a good week. Remember, this is just keeping the lights on.
