And I think that men need to understand the statistics both about how big gender gaps are, but also about the fact that there's a lot of data that diverse leadership is more financially valuable," she says. "If you're a man who wants to succeed in this business world, whether it's learning about how to improve your adaptability quotient ... Men can use them too"
