I'd like you just to begin to connect with how you feel right now. Become aware of your whole body lying or sitting there. Can you sense any tension, tightness, something else? Can you let go of any attachment to make your body more relaxed and just surrender to what you are experiencing right now? I'm going to refer to it as awareness for now. And the more you connect with that awareness and how it can just observe without judgment or attachment, the thoughts from your condition mind the ego,. coming and going inside your mind as if they are clouds crossing a deep blue sky.
