What Does It Mean to Be International in the States Right Now?

Germa banam, the person who came up with the idea of the panopticon, also coin the term international when they were referring to an attempt to create icom. This became quite fascinating for me, something to really think about. And then omparing that with the geopoical imprint of the united states, which in a way became synonymous with the post war order. It seems to me that the notions of what it means to be international in the stats right now are pretty fraught, given the divided society. Yes.
