The more I do with my core and my footwork and my legs I can take so much of the stress and strain off my finger so I worked on drills and things like that to really work on my lower body. It made me a better climber as a result. If you hadn't done that rehab I mean that could have just gone on for a long long time like it did for Dan absolutelyit would have just stayed around.
