Building a Fly Wheel

There's a cool diagram that they have in here too, where they lay out the rest of the chapters in the method basically. And then there's the thing behind it, which is kind of a circle with arrows indicating that it's turning clockwise. And that's the fly wheel. So the basic just of this, if i were to try to summ s this entire book into this one diagram, which i am describing via audio, and you can't actually see well, don’t sir.
