The Importance of Meditation in Martial Arts
I've been practicing martial arts for several years. This particular art I'm about four years into. It's kind of like the staying presence and staying where not allowing that stress to get to me. There is a meditation, well, there is meditation practices in most martial arts. You can practice sitting and focusing on your environment,. paying attention to the smallest of noises, how rapidly you're breathing. it will help your whole body to be calmer and you'll be more focused.
