Door Metrics - What's Your Experience?

There are these door metrics that came out of the book accelerate which, you know, has research behind them showing how they correlate to different elements of business performance. At GitHub, we tried using these metrics and rolling them out to teams when we were sort of excited about them at a leadership level more so we could just kind of confirm what we already knew. For some teams, they are incredibly helpful. It's the application of them as the silver bullet that I think can be problematic.
