The Mismatch Between Passion and Time in Training

The more advanced you are, the more fatigued you're producing. So there's a mis match between their passion and the amount of time they can put into training. Some people can spend hours, five, six days a week, but the body doesn't work that way. If you're doing all these strength movements at once, just because you got time, it doesn't care. This is all fatigue. Having up to three is what i've done for myself personally and for my exterience as well.
