The Effect of Eating Too Much on Resting Metabolic Rate
The Heming family is doing it well, Kirkland style. I really like Laura bars pre work out. And for athletes often they get hungry and hungry and hungry. That's a great sign that the resting metabolic rate is being dialed up after recovering. Eating enough always might mean you have a small deficit with working with a nutritionist or a doctor because of certain types of health issues. But it should never mean that for performance alone as performance improves when that fire is hot.
