The only times in Jim's training career that he hasn't been able to like reliably find the motivation to train consistently were when he was going it alone. The level of relatedness that people need for exercise goals varies a lot person to person. I'm not the, the large exercise group type of person, but unlike you, like I, I need either a training partner, a small crew, or just like be going to a gym where I just know everyone and can strike up conversations between sets.
