Decoupling the Data From the Design Is Incredibly Important
The classic kind of waterfall dynamic starts to happen in teams that are not sufficiently equipped to deploy quickly and get feedback early on. Even if the contract isn't structured in an agile way, I think thinking about deployment in an agility way is incredibly important as well. Like if you're going to be off the mark, you want to figure that out early as opposed to later. Decoupling the data from the design is beyond crucial.
