Getting the Deepest Understanding of Customers in the Whole Business

For marketers to have the deepest understanding of customers in the entire business, what are the things that you need to do in order to get there? Follow or build relationships with influencers or influential people that your buyers and customers listen to. And if you were able to collect all that data as a marketr my objective is to have a stream of insights like that happening all the time. But it was really obvious in two thousand 19 that lincton was going to work for us, because i was posting content and a bunch of c m o were liking the content that you don't get in other places.
